Rash on DD's body

DH discovered a slight rash on DD's tummy yesterday. I just gave her a bath and noticed it all over her back and belly. It's little red bumps all over. It doesn't seem to bother her (she hasn't been any more fussy or sleepy, etc.) and I haven't changed detergents recently... any advice? Should I call the pedi or just keep and eye on it for a few days...

    I would call the pedi to make sure everything is ok. Could it be a heat rash?

    I thought it might be... it has been warmer here and we've been outside more the past couple of days...

    If she doesn't seem bothered by it you could just keep an eye on it until Monday and call then if it's still there. But if she gets a fever or any other simptoms, I would call. Hopefully it's nothing :)

    DS has a rash that sounds the same.  It doesn't seem to bother him, either.  His pediatrician said it was heat rash.  I don't know if he's right; I thought it might be an allergic reaction to his massage oil.  Whatever the case, I stopped with the massage oil and he still gets the rash every now and then.  Other than the rash, he seems fine so I'm not too concerned.
