Pumping/bfing question

So my baby just came home from the NICU so I will be going from pumping every 2 hours to BFing every 3 hours. Is that okay, or will my supply go down? Should I be pumping in between? Thanks so much!

I wouldn't go longer than every 3 hours at this point.  You might want to add a few minutes to your pumps too so that you're still pumping for the same amount of time each day. 

Also, if you aren't hands free, that will definitely help because you can feed your baby and pump at the same time.  I would put my DS in his car seat or bouncy seat, feed him, and pump at the same time.  By the time he was done, I was done pumping.  Good luck!!!

play it by ear, you totally need to feed or pump every 2-3 hours, so if he isn't eating that often you need to pump.
