That's funny cause something similar happened the other night - DH said another baby looked like Haley.

At one month they all pretty much look a like - I wouldn't worry about it.

I always think other babies look like my baby. When DD was only a week or two old my husband and I were debating whether we would be able to pick her out of a lineup of babies haha
