My pedi recommended starting with rice cereal then doing orange veggies, then green veggies and lastly fruit.?Her reasoning being that orange veggies are usually a baby favorite and and the baby will like those easier than green veggies. ?She says to save fruit for last because if the baby starts with them, they may refuse the veggies because they're not as sweet.
I have 2 friends that recommended doing avacado after rice cereal because it has great nutrients.?
I guess I'm just wondering what order you introduced fruits and veggies. TIA!?

See my Blog for tips on starting solids and cereal. I have a list of the solids we tried in order
Hope it helps!
We actually started with rice cereal, then peaches. Carrots were his first veggie, then sweet potatoes and squash, then green beans and peas. He LOVES peas, so it has nothing to do with the order in which we introduced them. He's not a fan of green beans.
