DS has a broken leg :(

I thought DS twisted his leg last night but it seemed to be getting worse today instead of better so I took him to the ER. Apprently he has a broken femur. I have no idea how he managed to do that, he just tripped on a balloon. The doctor said it was just bad luck. I feel really bad that I made him wait over 24hrs to feel better. He is very happy now. They gave him a green (his favorite color) cast and a popsicle.

aww hope he feels better soon!! My sisters Husband broke his ankle this winter and is still on crutches and shes 8 months pregnant! So good luck! now I want a popsicle...

I forgot to mention that before they were going to x-ray his leg they told me I could hold him while the did it as long as I wore a lead smock until I told them I was pregnant. I felt sooo bad for DS. A nurse held him but he could see me through the window and was screaming for mommy. I seriously wanted to cry.
