Hold on to your seats people. I pulled myself away from the trainwreck and A and I went out for a while. We went to the thrift store and she got to see some puppies someone had there. Then we went to the park and even though it was hella crowded I didn't have a panic attack... only misplaced her once. ;-) Then we went to BK and got some nuggets (she ate 2.5 Zenya) and then to the library. She was soooo good at all of those places and didn't fight be about leaving. Only a minor meltdown right before leaving the library and a near altercation with a pint-sized bully at the park but no biggie. I made sure to let her know how happy I was with her behavior.
I'm letting her rock out to some music and "play" her guitar for a bit before she has to take it to bed. She should go down pretty easily tonight. :::crossing fingers:::
I haven't really talked to my mom any more than I have to. My feelings are still hurt. We''ll be ok. I really do love her and appreciate her. We're just too much alike and are not suited to live under the same roof much longer.
Alright, enough of my babbling.
