Tummy Time and G-Tube quesion

Does anyone have a baby with a G-tube or mic-key button? I'm worried when I start putting Cody on his tummy how this will affect his tummy and the gadget in it. Help please

carter got his tube when he was 8 months old, so he was crawling alot and sleeping on his belly and he never once seems like he was in pain.

Doug got his G-tube when he was 3 weeks old. He hated tummy time for the longest time. He got his mic-key button when he was 4 months old, and it made a world of difference. He tolerated tummy time much better then. He still doesn't love it, but now I can at least get him to hang out over his boppy pillow for 5-10 minutes at a time.?

My lil' guy has a g-tube, and he's still little so he's slowly raising his head up.  I think he thinks it's just an extension of him.  He doesn't really like tummy-time on his boppy, but he loves it when he lays on mommy and daddy. That may work for you.
