Santa Barbara Recs?

Hi everyone! DH and I were thinking about going to Santa Barbara for our 1 year anniversary in a couple weeks and were wondering what a nice place to stay is. Any recommendations (nice, but not too pricey please!)? Also, any fun things to do out there?

    ?Our room was so cute and peaceful and each room has a journal to write in and you can read tons of entries from other guests going back years. ?DH and I had a lot of fun reading them.

    It is a B&B, so you get a yummy breakfast and they have wine and appetizers on the lawn at about 5pm everyday. ?The yard was so pretty and relaxing. ?We cant wait to go back.

    It is also within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. ?When we got back to the hotel late at night there were yummy chocolate chip cookies waiting in the parlor!?

    Chester Cat is really cute, there is also Presido Motel if you don't want a B&B it is right on State the main strip, and Santa Barbara Hotel is really nice too.
