Anyone have a good salmon marinade recipe? I'm cooking salmon tonight, but I don't know what to do for a recipe. Hoping to find a good marinade.......TIA!
I use a teriyaki marinade from Trader Joes. Or try using bourbon, soy sauce, brown sugar and pineapple juice from Lone Star's sweet bourbon salmon recipe.
one small can of pineapple juice (the ones that you buy in the six pack)
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Warm this up in a pan on the stove, and cook the salmon in it over low heat until the salmon is cooked all the way through. If you want to make it into a glaze at the end, you can turn the heat up, and it will make the sauce thick. This is enough sauce for two pieces of salmon.
Re: Salmon Marinades?
I do one that's really easy...
one small can of pineapple juice (the ones that you buy in the six pack)
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Warm this up in a pan on the stove, and cook the salmon in it over low heat until the salmon is cooked all the way through. If you want to make it into a glaze at the end, you can turn the heat up, and it will make the sauce thick. This is enough sauce for two pieces of salmon.
