Sorry to butt in... but what I did with 4-hour feeds is I had them at THE SAME time every day, so my schedule was 7, 11, 3, 7, so at 6:45 I would warm up the bottles and change babies, so at 7am, they were both sitting on their boppies with bottles in their mouths. That worked really well for us, because they knew exactly when to expect it! Good luck!
Hi -- the kiddos always have their first feed at the same time which is 8am. Today was my first day with 4 hour feeds so I did 8, 12, 4, 8 and I'm sure they will eat sometime in the middle of the night. Before when I was doing 3 hour feeds I was doing 8, 11, 2, 5, 8. You will need to adjust according to your bedtime (ours is right after their 8pm feeding).
I hope that helps -- I'm going to do this for 3 days and hope they are good with it after that. I did have one stretch today I had to slip Ryan 2 oz because I didn't know what was wrong with him. They both had one GREAT nap today which is not normal for Audrey, so hopefully this has to do with the new feeding times!
Cross my fingers we both get babies to STTN very, very soon!
