This is my first time using OPKs.... so, sorry if this is dumb question.
All of the OPKs that I have done so far have been stark white on the test side, until today. This afternoon when I tested there was a faint (and I do mean faint) line on the test side. I don't think that OPKs are supposed to get "progressively darker" are they? What are your experiences with these? Should I "hold it" and test again later today and/or again sometime tomorrow morning? I'm using the first response OPKs if that matters.
Re: OPK virgin
Some people get this, some don't.
I got a positive OPK last cycle but no buildup... it was faint one day and dark the next. Then the next day it was light again. Your LH surge is a quick spike - unlike, say, progesterone which swells slowly up and back down - but some people have a longer surge than others.
GL!?
Awesome... thanks ladies.
Here's to hoping that o is coming soon!
