I really like Hannah and Arianna. I do not like Hannahlee (sp?), Ariella, or Delilah. For your boy names, I like Matthew and Seth. I'm not a huge fan of Gavin, but it's not awful.
I really like Arianna Marie like LMS suggested. Or Grace, Leigh, Rose, Rae, Lynn

My best friend named her daughter Ariana, and they call her "Ari" for short. They also pronounce it "Are-ee-on-a". Her middle name is "Maye" after BFF's grandma. I definitely think you should go with a one syllable MN because Ariana is 4 syllables...
Re: Middle Name for Arianna?
Hannah is my favorite on your list. Arianna is pretty too. The other girl names are nms. I really like all your boy names, especially Matthew.?
Arianna Michelle
Arianna Hope
Arianna Marie?

A lady I go to church has a little girl named Arianna Isabella. Its too froo froo for me but I like both names just not together.
When going with a name that isnt fairly common I think mns that are more common go better. Also maybe a short name would sound best.
Are you going to pronounce it Air-ree-anna or Are-ree-anna. The lady I know says it the second way and is rude when correcting people.
Are-ee-on-na
Do you think too many people will pronounce it different ways?
The first thing that comes to mind is Arianna Kate
MNs: Jane, Kate, Camille, Faye, Monique, Nicole/Nicolette
