Morning sickness for the FIRST time during 3rd tri?

This may be a flameworthy question but....

I have been vomiting for the last 3 days, even fluids.  (Now I can keep down liquids, thank God)

I think I have some sort of stomach virus, but I was wondering if anyone had heard of someone having morning sickness for the first time during their 3rd trimester.

I don't really feel sick other than the nausea and vomiting.

Any thoughts?

My sister was really sick a couple of weeks ago at 22 weeks pg and it turned out to be a flu.  Her doc said it's unusual for m/s to start once your out of the 1st tri, but still possible.  Hope you feel better soon!

If you keep having trouble with fluids, call your doctor because dehydration can cause contractions. Sorry you're feeling sick-- good luck!

I asked my doctor about this at my last appointment, because I've had a total lack of appetite and had actually lost 3 lb.  but she told me it's not uncommon for this to happen and alot of people will get the whole nausea feeling much like the first trimester?! Good to know I'm still normal! haha
