movement at 25-26w?

How consistent is/was movement for you at 25w?  I definitely feel him every single day, quite a few times, but it's nowhere near constant.  I'll get 1 or 2 squirms here and there and then nothing for hours, then another couple of squirms and then at night he usually has a 15 minute active period or so.  Is this typical?  Should I expect him to get a lot more active in the coming weeks?  If so, when?  Not too paranoid - mostly curious.

(Yeah yeah, I know I'm board jumping but it's hard to get answers to this on 2nd tri since it seems like everyone there just jumped from 1st!  And besides, I miss you guys!)

Sounds about right to me at this stage.  Both DD and this one follow(ed) a similar pattern.  They sleep a lot in the womb, especially when you are moving around during the day which creates a nice soothing rocking motion.  If you aren't feeling him during those regular periods, even after goosing him a bit with some juice or something, then time to call the dr.

Sounds typical to me. Thats pretty much what I had. I still have periods of no movement during the day, but I also have periods of lots of activity. I don't think it ever gets to a point where you feel movement all day, just a lot of it at certain times. I believe it has sleep and wake cycles at this point which would be the reason for lack of movement.

I think the important part is that you feel it every day and if you notice you aren't feeling it as much then to call your doc.?

I was about the same way at that time.  At 28 weeks, all of sudden it seemed like he was moving constantly.

That's what I'm having now.   He just goes through waking cycles I guess.  If I have a busy day where I'm walking a lot I don't feel him as much as those days I relax more

At about 25-26 weeks he really didn't have a pattern. At about 28 weeks I started to notice he was awake and moving around at about the same time every day
