What to pack for hospital

Ok, I'm overwhelmed and it's making me procrastinate. What do I REALLY need to pack for the hospital for me and baby? Some of these lists are way too long. Can anyone send me a list with the necessities that has things that are seriously optional that way I sort through and pack the things I NEED and decide if I want to include anything else.

    xtra underwear, Nightgown, stretchy pants, robe, warm socks, slippers, chapstick, mouthwash (in case u vomit), toilet paper (hosp. kind sux), nursing bras, tanks, boppy or breast friend, pillow, hemmeriod cream,

    Batteries, phone charger, paperwork(insurance) phone list, money for vending machines, snax for you and dad,  sugarless hard candy (dry mouth),

    baby car seat, (2) warm outfits, beenie hat, couple onesies?
