S/O kids telling gender...

We are waiting until birth to find out gender.  Our 4 year-old niece is the absolute cutest.  She is always telling us that she is going to have a girl cousin.  She even picked-out a pair of pink sparkly dress shoes and made a puppy dog from build-a-bear wearing a pink dress and gave them to us at our shower.  I really hope it's a girl so she's not too disappointed!!   If it's not a girl I am sure it will be one confused little boy with pink shoes and a stuffed dog with a pink dress!!  Big Smile

    My oldest (6 years old) wanted a brother so bad since she already has a sister that plays with her things lol.  She was SO SURE it was a boy (like many of us were).  When she found out it was another girl she was quite disappointed.  When daddy called from Iraq to talk to her she said in a voice full of attitude "daddy...we are having a girl" they talked for a minute then she said "daddy...it is all mommy's fault" LOL.  It was hilarious.  She was already looking at things she wanted to buy HER baby boy and trying to guess what he would look like.

    I love kids.  They always can make you laugh.
