Coupon-guru!  Is it coupon fraud if the coupon is for $1 off 2 whatever, and you only buy one item, but the coupon rings up anyway?

Also, I saw a while ago that you had an offer on your house; how is everything going/did it go w/ that?

Technically, yes, but I am relatively sure that you didn't do it intentionally.  And don't make a habit of it, missy. LOL

Yes, we have a contract on the house. It's contingent on the sale of their place, and confirmation of the boat slip details. Closing is theoretically May 15th. I have a kick out clause in case I get another offer, in which case they have 72 hours to "put up or shut up" as their realtor put it.

For some reason, I don't have a good feeling about it. They had a contract on a house across the street, and it fell through for some reason.

Hey, I'll call that great news anyway! The only reason the contract across the street fell through was bc/ they were meant to buy yours instead.  I'm really glad for you guys.

Thanks!  I didn't "announce" it or anything; it was actually a bit of a (happy) surprise. We were planning to wait till after our vacation in Feb (bc/ I wanted to drink lots of boat drinks while laying in the sun), but it happened, so it was all good.
