I didn't do any genetic screenings and really want to have a 4d ultrasound. I was relieved after my 20 week ultrasound because there were no obvious problems. But I'm nervous about doing a 4d ultrasound in case something is wrong. Anyone else feel like this?
Re: 4d ultrasound?
This is why these 3D places are not recommended by the ARDMS (ultrasound accreditation)....a "good' 3D place will require that you have a prior official ultrasound prior to going there. These techs dont always know what they are looking at diagnostically nor do they even have to be a registered sonographer. I would not rely on them to diagnose anything and I would only do so after having your normal anatomy.
