Finally sweet relief!

I've been having horrible migraines several times a week in the past couple of months. I asked my OB to prescribe me something and they gave me Tylenol with codeine. That's great, but um, I'm allergic to codeine and it's all over my chart! So, I asked for something else and instead of A) prescribing me something different or referring me to a neurologist (the smart choice!), they made me go to my regular doctor. Guess what my regular doctor said? Go see a neurologist. Duh! (side note: I would have gone to a neurologist earlier, but my insurance won't cover it without a referral.)

 So I went to see a neurologist today (with a migraine no less) and she prescribed me Fioricet.  I'm so so happy to finally have something to help with the pain, even if it took a couple weeks and several doctors appointments to get it.

Yep, I took that for years for migraines it is a godsend!  I'm happy for you that you found something to control them.  They are hell to live with!
