Got my birthball!! and this awesome massager thingy

This massager thingy is sooo cool, the best ever. It's like a single ball that rolls, and DH's hand doesn't get tired. YAY!!!!!

How do you bounce on your ball? really high up and litterally bouncing, or just lightly? Just wondering, I don't want to fall on my arse..

I never bought my own ball, the hospital had them for me to use.  I just sat and rocked on it side by side, back and forth with dh by my side in case I got wobbly.

re the bouncing, I don't get any air, if that's what you're asking.   Just a light bounce.  Imagine holding a baby while you're doing it - that's the best way for me to describe the rhythm  of it.
