I try for ever 3 hours, but it usually ends up every 4 hours and then the last pump about an hour and a half to 2 hours before the previous one.

every 3-4 hours, depending on the days schedule. Once I go back to work next week , it will be every 3 in day then every 4 late afternoon. My last pump is at 10 or 11pm then not again til 5am.

3-4 hours.  If I know I'm going to have a low supply day (like last week when I had the stomach bug) I made sure it was every 3 on the dot.

I am currently at 5 hrs. ?I was pumping every 3, then went to 4 and now 5. ?I'm getting the same amount with only 5 pumps/day as I was with 7 - go figure. ?
