What happens at your first 8 week appointment?

With my first DS I was weighed, peed in a cup, blood pressure was taken, pap smear, breast exam, and talked to the nurse practioner regarding family medical history.  I am sure this one will be the same.

First appointment the long one.  so a pap usually unless you have had it last month for some reason then, breat exam, medical history ask you about both sides so be prepared ask DH just so they know go over some tests you can take during pregnancy, what meds you taking if any talk about that give you a list of ok meds, so samples its long and boring some docts give ultrasound not mine though.
