smelly bf poop??

This sounds insane - but can BF poop ever be smellier than normal?

My daughter is 5 months old and the last two days, I have noticed her bowel movements are fairly stinky. She's also had some pretty rank gas.

She's EBF and we haven't started solids.

Wednesday night we had a Napa Cabbage stirfry and thursday I noticed she had a bunch of gas and it was smelly. This morning her poop was darkish and sort of green tint to it and was smelly again.

I have this crazy fear that day care is giving her solids - even though that is so far fetched because you have to provide your own food there.

So - it is 'normal' to have a few days of smelly poops???

I think it's what you ate.  Also, the green may be because she's not getting enough hindmilk.  Has the poop turned solid in any way?  If it hasn't, I highly doubt she's had solids at daycare.
