speaking of taxes: wackado on plane with my dad....

So, supposedly this chick was sitting next to my dad on a Southwest Airlines, regular old, cheapo seat plane.  SO I believe she's probably a compulsive liar, my dad is convinced she was legit.

She starts off the conversation asking my dad if he knows anything about taxes...my dad is pretty smart and into financial stuff and says sure.  She starts talking about how she owes a million dollars in taxes and is trying to figure out how to straighten this out. (eye roll....get an accountant, problem solved...discussing it with a stranger on an airplane = stupid...and really, you owe that much in taxes, yet you are riding on a regular, non-private plane, not even first class???)

So my dad discusses her money for a bit and asks why she is flying to Omaha (where the plane was going).

She lives in West Palm Beach, but her daughter just LOVES Omaha so her DD is going to college here.....ok...sure....Omaha IS a hot spot you know.

Then she continues the conversation dropping names every chance she can get...her daughter and Ivanka Trump are good friends.  She was at a party last week with such and such celebrity.  Etc, etc, etc.  She talked about how "I'm thinking of buying such and such company." and on and on.

seriously....who says all this????  I had to convince my Dad that she was a fake...but he fell for it hook, line and sinker!

The oweing a million bucks in back taxes, ok I could buy that if that was the only thing.  If she owned a small business and hasn't paid taxes for a few years plus penaities and fees....it could add up, but that coupled with the other stuff makes it pretty obvious that this lady was full of crap

My gf is a SWA Flight Attendant and she tells me some crazy stories about the wackos she deals with! This woman sounds like she fits the bill!
