Losing my MP!! And I have a question

I thought Wednesday I might have lost some MP but it was just when I wiped not a chunk in the toilet so I wasn't sure.

Last night DH and I reset the clock and when I went potty after that and wiped, there were bigger pieces so I was pretty sure.

This morning, I get excited when I go to the bathroom because every time I wipe, there is more and more and it's a little bloody (sorry if that's TMI!)!

My question is, I see people on here talking about "bloody show" but I'm not really sure what that is. Is it the same as blood-tinged MP or something else entirely?

Oh, and I had some contractions last night!! I'm really excited this morning! Today is the first day someone is signed up for in the baby pool at work!

I think bloody show and blood-tinged MP are the same thing. GL!!

For me it was mucous plug mixed with a lot of red blood. I found it pretty obvious that something was up because it was a little more than spotting.

I have no idea about the "bloody show" and look forward to everyone's responses....but I just wanted to say that I LOVE your little girl's name.  Charlotte Elizabeth is beautiful.  I adore the name Charlotte (DH vetoed it) and Elisabeth is totally on our list.

Thank you! We though Charlotte was pretty, but we didn't know if everyone would think it was too old or whatever. We love it now though!

And Elizabeth is my sister and DH's sister's middle names, so not only is it pretty, but it comes from both sides of the family too!

I had the same thing...lost a lot of snotty looking stuff except all mine was bloody. I called the doctor after oozing (hope its not tmi) for about 3 days...it started Tues and ended well this morning there was still a little pink when I wiped. The nurse said that it could still be up to 2 weeks. I was kinda disappointed. So I don't know what to tell you sweetie...but I hope its soon for both of us.

You may go soon! My friend just had a baby 3 weeks ago. On a Tuesday she was 1 cm dilated and 90% effaced, she had the baby on that Saturday!
