suddenly swollen?

I had pre-e with my first pg and it started around 20 weeks, I delivered at 37.  I went to bed at 11, fine.  I woke up at 2 for our dogs and my feet and hands were sausages!  My ring, which could nearly just fall off earlier was leaving marks on my finger.  I went back to bed and this morning all my joints are hurting in my hands when I write and my feet are almost too swollen for my flip-flop sandals.  I drank tons of water yesterday and haven't eaten anything different or especially salty.  I'm not sure what my bp is right now, but it was totally normal at each visit in the past. Should I chalk this up to normal pg swelling or call in before they close at noon?

If you're worried, it doesn't hurt to call.  Especially if you have a history of pre-e.

If you have a history of pre-e, I would call and see if they want you to come in.

Definitely call before they close, especially considering your history.  Pre-e can come on fast.
