i can't look at our only zoo pics. i let my dumb sister talk me into bringing dd when she was only 2 weeks old. yeah, i was THAT idiot woman with the newborn, wading through a crowd of people and stinky animals in 90 degree weather. we both had a major meltdown. i still haven't completely forgiven my sister.
we are debating the brunch at the del. it's outrageously expensive, but it is my birthday. lol. and a nestie on the LA page posted a link to pics for me. the food looks to die for. but it also looks really nice inside.
would you be comfortable bringing your dd? because, you know, the other option is breakfast with elmo at seaworld. lol.
You could bring DD if she sit in a high chair for a while. Its a buffet so you have to walk around and find your food. The service is SO GOOD. When we choose crab legs by the time you return to your seat all the appropriate shell cracking devices are waiting at your table. The food is great and everything is available. Sushi, cheeses, meats, seafood, champagne, more desserts than you can dream of all there waiting for you.
The Del brunch is hosted either in the Crown Room or the round ball room on the ocean side. Both are beautiful. I perfer the Crown Room becuase it is so spectacular. Even if you do and walk around it is beautiful.
Happy Birthday and I hope you enjoy.
My best friend lives in West Hills.

It is a cow print. We dressed her as bait for the lions but they would not cooperate for the photos
Where in CA are you?
Sooo cute! ?We went to the zoo yesterday, but my friend took all the pics with her fancy cam and hasn;t given me the CD yet!
Maybe I'll post them tomorrow...?
Are you going to the Del? They have a wonderful Sunday brunch that is so amazing you will not need to eat for the rest of the day.
It should be sunny in SD this weekend but the high is only 70. It was 80 at the beach last weekend.
