I think it was exacerbated by 11 weeks of bedrest and not using my muscles. Now that I have more privileges I'm having a really hard time with it. Especially when I haven't moved for a couple hours and get up...it's like I have to hold on to things the first couple of steps.
I saw this response in the SPD post. OMG, this is so me. My SPD has been really bad for awhile, but man, now that I'm on bedrest it has made it even worse. I have to hold onto furniture and the walls on my way to the bathroom when I get up from laying down. It's sometimes nice to know you're not the only one. I feel like a cripple at times and can be quite depressing.

I know, it's excruciating!
I was taken off strict and put on modified, can't go to work but I thought "jeebus if I was at work people would think I'm giving birth in the hallway with the way I walk!"
I have 0 muscles left! I need to gain some strength before the baby comes or I won't be able to carry him/her!
I actually groan! LOL!
