WW ladies

Ok, so I just started WW last week.  And I lost 2 lbs in the first week!  YEA!  But I came down with a horrible stomach bug on Monday night and am just finally starting to feel human again today.  So, I am just now starting to eat some 'real' food, but am still just kinda eating what sounds good and I think I can stomach.  So when do you think I should start tracking my points again?  Wait until my weigh in day (Sunday) and just start over next week?  I am not stressed about it, since right now I am just trying get back on eating normal food, but what do you think?

  • I would wait until you feel well.  I would also not be upset if you lose alot this week, and then gain some back next week once you have started to eat normal again.  I lost 5 lbs in a day and half with that bug.  It found me again rather quickly.

    I would stick to the ginger ale, saltine and toast diet until you feel better! If you try to eat too many different foods at once, your stomach won't be happy and it will start all over again. That's what happened to me last week.

  • I would eat what makes you feel better but keep in mind not to over do it...I like to have sprite when I'm sick and soda crackers.  But if I don't watch out I will drink several sprites and the whole box of crackers...not good for my diet or belly...I hope you feel better soon!! (WW rocks!! I think I'm going to sign back up...)
  • I would probably still track my points if I was up to it but not be obsessive about it but as soon as I was feeling better I'd start the normal routine.
