Ok, so I just started WW last week. And I lost 2 lbs in the first week! YEA! But I came down with a horrible stomach bug on Monday night and am just finally starting to feel human again today. So, I am just now starting to eat some 'real' food, but am still just kinda eating what sounds good and I think I can stomach. So when do you think I should start tracking my points again? Wait until my weigh in day (Sunday) and just start over next week? I am not stressed about it, since right now I am just trying get back on eating normal food, but what do you think?

I would stick to the ginger ale, saltine and toast diet until you feel better! If you try to eat too many different foods at once, your stomach won't be happy and it will start all over again. That's what happened to me last week.
