Scrapblog printing question

Has anyone else had a problem with printing sites saying that their scrapblog to be printed was low resolution? If so, how did you fix the issue?

    I printed one through Walgreens.com to see what it would look like and it was fine. It said it was fine to print either 4x6 or 5x7, but I only tried the 4x6.

    I used Snapfish and they came out great.  Even the larger sizes.  I think Snapfish digitally enhances the photo when printing which other sites do not.
