Saw your reply below about your doc recommending a support belt. Mine did as well because my sacrum popped out of place (OOWWW), and she sent me to a medical supply store to get it. With a prescription from the doc for the belt, I only have to pay $15 - insurance will cover the other $60. Might be worth looking into for you.

    Oh good to know! Thanks for the tip! I tried using my bella band for a little support the other day but all it did was make my pants more uncomfortable! Wink
