Oh DH...why now?

My DH is an attorney; he suddenly decided this morning he needs to finish the durable power of attorney paperwork for both of us. While I KNOW this is important information to have written out, I'm way too hormonal right now to think about life support, organ donation and so on.

Have you picked out who gets the baby if something happens?  This topic has brought on many-a-fights with the 2 of us.  I have just decided that nothing is going to happen to me until after they are 18 yrs old

All I am prepping is a living will.  I have told the people who will be "in charge" in case something happens that they will be in charge, and what to do so there aren't any "surprises."

I asked my estate attorney if there was anything else we needed to prep right now and he said no.

 No, we haven't come to a decision on that. But I think I'll go with your plan! I like that!
