Pregnyl vs Novarel

We noticed yesterday that they gave us Pregnyl when we picked up our meds. I am almost positive that they usually give me Novarel. Why would they give me a different trigger? I am probably going to call or just ask my nurse on monday at our follie check, but I wanted to ask you guys as well. Is there a difference? Is there any reason to worry that the follies won't release on Pregnyl when they did on Novarel?  Just curious as to what a reason may be for the switch.

 TIA.

Not sure about Novarel - but I always use Pregnyl for IVF.  I used Ovidrel for IUIs, but then switched when we moved to IVF.

You shouldn't have a problem.  I believe they're the same thing, just different brands.

I always use Pregnyl and have had no problems yet.  From the doctor explained to me, they're all the same just a different brand.
