Moaning/whining-anyone else?

When we put DS in his highchair to eat he moans and groans terribly.  Like he just can't wait to eat...but I know he can't be that hungry.  Anyone else's LO do this....or any suggestions for stopping it?  Ugh, it's so loud and awful...where did my quiet little baby go?

Perhaps he is simply anticipating it?  DD groans when she plays sometimes.  We used to be concerned, but she is always content.  I think it is just a new sound that she's having fun with.  I don't know if there is any way to stop it.  It is amazing how quickly they grow.

DD makes all sorts of noise while waiting for her food.  I think she is just excited.  She also makes little noises while she eats.  She's never really been a quiet baby though.

Yup, DD makes this noise  all.the.time. As far as I know there isn't anyway to stop it other that to distract her.  usually she does it when she is bored.

Yep, DD does this too.  The only thing I can recommend is to maybe give her some puffs to keep her occupied until you get her food ready (if she is big enough to eat them of course).
