Neti Pot users...please come in!

I need something to aid this congestion I have and I am afraid to to take anything. I am also afraid with a Neti pot I will drown in an inch of water. Help?

    LOL  It's really not bad.  If done right, it actually feels really good.  Just make sure that the water is lukewarm and you use the saline packet.  Tilt your head over the sink so your nose is forward, but your head is tilted (does that make sense?). 

    I like the neti, but love the nasal rinse bottles.  They use pressure to get the water far up into the sinses.

    what is this nasal rinse that you speak of?  and where do you get it?
