Baby Bjorn help

So I've only used the $80 thing once for like 15 min while I had to because there was no way of bringing a stroller in the store I had to go into..that was months ago, I was thinking about trying it again, but can't find the directions.  When can they be forward facing?

Oh, and DS was not all that crazy about the Bjorn forward-facing, but loves, loves, loves it facing out!!  He starts kicking his feet and getting excited while I'm putting it on:o)  It's so cute.  So you may begin to get more use out of it.

I believe as soon as they have good head control. But honestly, we did it very early on because DD hated facing in but LOVED facing out. She had great head control pretty early on and we never had an issue with her heat flinging back.

if you have another baby it will be your litle miracle ( i didn't use it much the first time around, but I use it daily now. when you have one sitting in the cart at target, you can wear the other one ! wheeeeeeeee!
