Taking DS to doctor tonight...help?

So my Ds has been seemingly in pain since yesterday. He hardly slept last night and screams like crazy off and on especially if he doesn't have his pacifier or when it appears he's having gas/pooping.

He doesn't have a fever, and no signs of anything wrong besides the screaming and issues with sleep..oh and some projectile spit-up. He's eating fine and i've even been pumping to make sure he's getting enough. 

Any ideas what it could possibly be? I'm at a loss here. We go in at 7pm tonight to see the doctor.

Could be lots of things...or nothing. Good idea taking him in though.

Projectile spit up is vomit.  There is a difference.

 

I think you're doing the right thing by taking him in.  Babies can become dehydrated very quickly.

my guess would be reflux. dd cried for 2 days straight.  zantac made her my normal happy baby again
