She vomited AGAIN! Is antibiotic the cause?

She has been taking a pretty good strength rx for an ear infection and the last two nights she has thrown up after it was given.  Last night it was given 20 minutes before she puked and tonight it was as soon as she swallowed the whole dose.  She never does this when I give it to her in the morning and not every night.  What is going on with my baby?  I'm worried b/c she just puked up her entire dinner..... I don't want her to loose weight.  I am calling the pedi tomorrow but wanted your thoughts.  TIA

    My DS was just on amoxicillan for an ear infection. He would also throw up occassionally but only in the evenings. He also had horrible diarrhea and was very lethargic. We called the pedi and he recommended we lower the dosage. DS was much better with 1tsp instead of the original 1 1/2 tsp.

    Definately talk to your pedi.
