Dark room with a cool washcloth over your eyes. Squeeze the back of your foot (archilles tendon) it's a pressure point that is supposed to relieve headaches. Sorry, I get sinus headaches all the time and they are not fun!
Pinch the pressure point between your thumb and index finger - be strong, it's a tough one to get to.
(random) Eucalyptus oil is a natural remedy if you happen to just have some essential oil laying around.
Drink TONS of water.
Warm foot bath - some headaches are caused from dialated capillaries in the head which equals increased blood flow. Sometimes you can notice that your hands and feet will get cold during a headache or migraine - this will help balance that back out, plus it is relaxing.
During my pregnancy the only that saved me when i had a headache was laying down and using one of those aromatherapy sacks that you put in the freezer or microwave. i keep it in the freezer at all times to its ready to go. I lay down and put it on my forhead and fall asleep its great. Plus the added bonus is it's great for back pain in the microwave.
Also i heard alot of headaches are caused by dehydration and 2 cups of gatoraid takes it away. Haven't tried that though.
Re: Terrible headache...any med free solutions?
Cool or warm compress where it hurts (whichever feels good)
Quiet, dark room.
Shower (again, hot or cool, depending on what feels good)
Drink tons of water
FYI, Tylenol is totally BF safe, so if you're really suffering, take a little to at least take the edge off
coke always helps my headaches
