Please explain to me how I'm wrong here

So, I knew that I was low on diapers for DD, but when I was in her room I saw that the box was still in her closet so assumed that I would be okay until Thursday when my diapers.com order arrived. Well, imagine my surprise when I find the box empty because DH used the rest of the diapers and didn't bother to put the empty box in the trash. Well, when DH got home from work I mentioned that I would need to run to CVS after the kids go to bed and he offers to go. Cool. Well, here it is 9:40 and I just asked if he was going to go (the kids went to bed at 8) and he gets all pissy with me and says "I don't know why you don't take care of this stuff during the day". Um, 1, it was 19 degrees out today and 2, I didn't know that we were so low since HE didn't bother to throw out the empty box. So, now I'm going to CVS like I wanted to do in the damn first place and he's mad at me. WTH!

Um, didn't you know that giving birth changes your body chemistry so that you become able to read DHs mind?  I'd go back to your OB and demand you ESP - your paid for it.

I suggest buying yourself a nice cadbury egg and eating it infront of him! mmmmm Easter candy......

That is one of my biggest pet peeves. DH will use them all and then either leave the box at the top of the closet (empty) or put it somewhere random, like sitting on his hamper or shoved next to the chair. I also hate when he uses all of the wipes in the container and then doesn't refill it- I always end up changing a terrible poopy diaper directly following and have to scramble for wipes while DS squirms all over the table.
