Re: The past few nights

  • Yikes.  My dd is WIDE awake right now.  She was asleep and my stupid behind tried moving her from her bouncy seat to the crib and she woke up and is now fussy.  Why did I do that?

  • i had the same problem at around 1 mo.  i just gave her a HUGE bottle right before i wanted to go to bed (like 3-4 oz)....that put her to sleep no problem.

i also use classical piano music that plays on a keyboard in her room.  it seems to relax her.

  • DD just started doing that the other day.  She sleeps/naps all day and is WIDE awake at night.  I'm so exhausted (even with taking naps with her during the day), I don't know what to do.  Suggestions please?

I've tried everything...I rock, bounce, sing, read, feed, shush, hum, bathe. I'm losing my mind.

hmmm, is she maybe napping too much during the day?  can you try and keep her up longer during the evening hours?  my guess is that this is just a stage that will pass in a few weeks...sorry!
