how many times a day and how much?

...milk do you get when you pump.  i am trying to increase the pumping i do since i have found myself increasingly dependent on formula for dd.

at 5 pm i pumped for 10 minutes and got 4.5 oz (i double pump)...

and i just pumped again at 7:55 and only got 3 oz. 

i want to pump once more tonight before i go to sleep.

tomorrow my goal is to pump ever 4 hrs.

that is the total amount, right?  how many hours between each pumping session?  do you breastfeed in between pumping sessions or supplement at all with formula?

I exclusively pump, and try to do so every 3-4 hours when possible.  On average, I pump about 6 times a day, and get about 5oz each time.  My first pump of the morning always produces the most.
