#2 is cuter, but judging from the review, I wouldn't buy it. That kind of money should guarantee a lot more than you apparently get. #1 isn't very cute, but it's a lot cheaper. I wouldn't buy either of those.?

Definitely #2!

ETA:  I have an OiOi bag and it still looks brand new with 2.5 years of heavy use.  I'll be using it again for baby#2.  It was expensive, but worth it!

The pink of #1 is pretty bad in my opinion and I normally like pink.

I love OiOi bags and like black and white so I really like that one.

here's my .02:

as is #2 is obviously much cuter than #1 - but #1 has potential.  if i were you i'd get #1 (for a whopping $40) and then get some cute ribbon to (tie, sew or hot glue) onto the body and then get some cute patches that match your theme and sew or iron those suckers onto number 1.  you could very easily make number 1 your own.  something custom.  for much cheaper.
