Saving pictures at smaller size

in 2nd Trimester

A while back I saw a post where someone said there is a website where you can save pictures and make them smaller. Does anyone know what the site is?

    I think it was photobucket??  I haven't used it myself...

    You can also do it on your hardrive using any of the photo editing programs, like Picassa (free download) or Microsoft Office Picture Manager (typically under "Office Accessories."

    Or, if it's for posts, you can resize the original images right in the image  dialog box.
