WW ladies...good find today!

I am going out of town this weekend, so DS and I went to Costco to stock up on easy things for DH to have for himself and DS, and I grabbed these Arnold (brand) multi-grain sandwich thins for sandwiches, etc.

I just looked at the stats, and because of the fiber, they are only ONE POINT!

100 calories
1 gram fat
5 g fiber

Plus, no high fructose corn syrup.  I've not noticed them anywhere else, but wasn't looking, either!  Yum!

  • I love those things. They are really tasty. You can get them at Giant and Safeway too.
  • I was going to post about these, too. I find them at several grocery stores around here. I LOVE them! I especially like to use them in place of English muffins for a breakfast egg white sandwich.

  • Excellent, thanks! I will have to look for these. Were they in the bread section, or more with the snacks?
  • I just found them at Costco too the other day, and they are delicious... and Ethan loves them :)
  • Yeah, but if you have 2 (which you need for your standard sandwich), it's 3 points.

I hate that WW does that. The Trader Joe's Fiber bread is the same way... one point per slice, but 2 slices in one meal makes it 3 points.

The sandwich thins are like flat hamburger buns -- you only need one to make a sandwich.

  • OK, not what I was thinking of, then.

Carry on, and ignore the idiot behind the keyboard.
