Back from Big U/S...

and its still a girl.. lol.. Just like we knew she was. Emma weighs 13 oz and OB says everything looks normal! Yay! She was being shy and hiding her face though so April 6 I get another u/s so we can see her beautiful face. I am also measuring 21w6d but they decided to go ahead and just keep my due date where it is.

Me: Gee Doc... We're having this kid at a birth center with no drugs, I'd really rather you said he's gonna be here early.

Dr: Giggle.

Oh, I'm totally convinced he'll make an appearance at about the 38 week mark. At which point I'll be drinking castor oil by the pint. Ew.

I am glad Emma is going so well. 

I too am measuring a week ahead but they are not changing my date.  (My u/s at 8w 1 d dated me as 8w 5d.)  They simply told me to be ready a week early.  When someone asks me when I am due I simply tell them "July" no date just "July".  I figure this kid will show up during that month but I don't know when!

That's great. My big u/s is on Thursday. I am a little nervous that she will be a he. I will have a lot of returning to do!

I should have added that we found out at 15w4d that it was a girl but my family started to worry that my friend was wrong and it was a boy and we would have to take all the stuff back we have gotten so far. So that is why I said its still a girl. ... hehehe
