breasts and warmer temps

Hi All,

 Is this pretty normal that I feel like my breasts are on fire and are warmer than the rest of my body. It seems no matter what I do, this one area always seems warm. I'm about 23 weeks now and thought it was due to a smaller bra. But, I just increased my bra size, and it still is the same. Just wanted to see if anyone else was experiencing the same thing. This is my first pregnancy so I don't know what to expect.
