You drink about 7 cups of milk per day? That is my calculation - based on 128 oz in a gallon of milk, three gallons a week, divided over 7 days in a week.
It probably won't kill you and is better than say, soda, but that is a whole lot of dairy consumption.

How much weight are you gaining??? That seems like a lot of calories - even from a healthy food. Are you still eating?? Or getting too full on fluids?
i'd say prolly about 60% of the milk is with cereal ... i'm still eating. as far as the weight gain. i had a couple really bad weeks with morning sickness and dehydration so i gained and lost 10 lbs twice... last time was in jan - since then, i'd say i've gained about 7 lbs back (a lot of which is water, i'm sure).
it's a lot of milk! don't be worried about it, but try to drink organic (or at least milk without added hormones) or alternate with some rice or almond milk.
are you drinking it because you're thirsty? try water or diluted juices.
Yes, I would be more concerned if it was non-organic milk. I personally, am a vegan for health reasons, so I guess I can't really recommend milk at all. Perhaps you should switch to soy, oat or rice milk? Less hormones, antibiotics and mucus.

Actually, NO milk (whether produced organically or conventionally) contains any antibiotics or mucus. ?That's misinformation. And when producers use BST (a synthetic version of a natural milk-production hormone, given to boost production in cows that need it), it is injected into the cow, not "added to the milk." ?There is no way to tell the difference between organic, conventional, or rBST-free milk... the product is all the same, the difference lies in the production method.
I'm a proud Wisconsin dairy farmer, with degrees in Dairy Science and Dietetics, expecting our first child, and you are FINE drinking that much milk. ?Everyone should be getting at least 3 8-oz servings of dairy a day, and pregnant women need more. ? You'll reap the benefits of strong bones & teeth, shiny hair and healthy skin, and your baby will benefit too. ?Keep it up!
