Carrying "high" or "low"

Any anecdotal truth to the "high" it's a girl, and "low" it's a boy carrying? My mother had two of each, and she said that she could always put her hands flat under her breasts, so I don't know, but my carrying is so high, I can't even cross my arms, and there is no space under my breasts at all!

I don't get my big US until April 1st, so I'm just trying to have fun guessing!

That's crap. Everyone tells me how low I'm carrying and it's a girl. But I also have a long torso, so my baby bump isn't all up in my boobs like it would be if I was short-waisted.

I *think* I carred DS low...everyone would always comment on how low on was. This one is starting out low too....so far, lol.

It's not really carrying high vs low. It's whether you are all belly or all everything else that has *some* truth to it.

How you carry has nothing to do with gender. It's all about how you're built. I'm short-waisted, so I will always carry my children high. That said, I have two girls. I'm carrying this one the same so far.

I'm carrying pretty low....and it's a girl! it better be we already painted the nursery, bought the stroller and many other stuff ( and plentyyyyy clothes) and they are all pretty girly!

Mines low and its a girl. Atleast people tell me I carry low.. I really don't know! Mine just feels like its all over. It has nothing to do with this though. How your built is how you will carry.

I'm carrying very high but I am short-waisted so I do not think there is any other way to carry. My "Mom-tor" carried low w/both her son and daughter.

I carried low with DD, everyone thought I was having a boy. And now with DS I am carrying even lower which I didnt think could be possible but with all the hip and pelvic pain I am having I know he is definitely lying a lot lower. For Dd and still with this pg for DS I am still flat from under my boobs to almost my belly button.
