You can tell I am sick right now b/c I forgot to say the MIL story to rule them all. 

So against my wishes DH told Devil barbie about the twins.  He swore her to secrecy though Friday night.

We attended lunch at thier home today, w/the whole family (including my idiot BIL/Boss who thinks pregnancy is a serious disability but knows I would sue his a** if he ever gave me smack about it at work) and asks me loudly: "HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT HAVING TWINS??????" 

I of course played dumb "twins, are you kidding me????"

But of course "Yeah, the twins, Chris told me you have a Baby A and a Baby B in there?"

I said nothing and gave her the look of death and promptly left.  But now I have 6 family emails congratulating me on double trouble, an offer to switch vehicles (my brand new crossover for an 8 yr old suburban), and of course a "concerned" letter from BIL making sure I can handle twins, baby, and FT work.  Like a sick girl w/a cold needed this.

Wow, she is off her rocker and just spiteful!  You are a much bigger woman than I to continue to put up with her BS.  I would have been ousted from your family a long time ago, but then again, I have a hard time keeping my mouth shut.

What crap! I would so have called her on it, then kicked DH for spilling the beans.  But I do love how you always have a smiley face to insert, it makes me smile!

Oh trust me DH did pay when we got into the car.  He is now waiting on me hand and foot as I type... and will continue to do so for a few more days.  I guess I endure b/c DH loves her so and she really does show sincere love to my Harmon. 

UPDATE:  BUT SIL who is married into the family like me called and said she gave MIL a verbal a** whooping b/c she did the same thing to her 3 months ago when her DH told her to keep a secret (she put it in the family Christmas card ).   She said do it once, okay... do it twice in 3 months, you are horrible.  I wish I could have been there I PPH that girl.
